PROJECT
The project entitled “Ciel ouvert 1” (Open Sky 1) is a set of two (02) types of luxury duplex villas; each of the villas has a particular architecture: As a matter of fact, it is an intelligent design, that is why it is called SMART HOUSE.
VILLA DUNAMIS 01
The DUNAMIS-01 style is unique (for its mixture in the choice of colors or RAL) and is part of the large family of luxury duplex villas.
It is a villa whose downstairs / ground floor has one (01) self-contained room (bathroom with toilet), an emergency release, a visitor's toilet, a spacious kitchen, a central watertight room and a watertight room close to the visitor's toilet, spacious living and dining rooms, front yard and backyard terraces with an entrance, a courtyard with a green space and a garage for two vehicles. On the first floor, there are 03 self-contained bedrooms (bathrooms with toilets). The largest bedroom among the three is the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe.
VILLA KAIROS
KAIROS villas are smart buildings
They have been designed on a principle of luxury villas. These smart villas have two floors whose downstairs / ground floor has an apartment with 03 self-contained bedrooms (bathrooms with toilets), an emergency release, a visitor’s toilet, a spacious kitchen, spacious living room and dining rooms, a front terrace, a courtyard with a green area, an entrance built with Japanese paving stones and a garage for two vehicles. On the first floor, there is an apartment with a large front terrace, spacious living and dining rooms, an airy kitchen, an emergency release, a visitor's toilet and 03 self-contained bedrooms (bathrooms with toilets)
